ARUSHA WILL SOON STARTING TO HOST THE POETS THROUGH (ARUSHA POETRY CLUB)

Is ARUSHA POETRY CLUB which the idea brought on the table with two comrades, Old Panther Comrade Mama Charlotte Hill O'neal and Panther Cub, brother George Kyomushula at the night of the July.2011, when these two folks were riding back from town to the countryside of the village known as Imbaseni ,the convo started on how to improve the way of creativity on the POETRY ,POETS, and how to writing poems, these guys were dreaming of seeing that one day Arusha could have the spots whereby people who loves poems and poetry in general could have the place where they could hang out and recites their lyrics officially,they couldnt started it right on time after they dreamed about it, cause everything happens for a reason.
ARUSHA MASAI CAFE
This venue was used in SLAM POETRY- AFRICA workshop in July 2010,the workshop which was organized by United African Alliance Community Center under co founder Mama Charlotte Hill O'neal and Poets from Kenya brother Pepe Haze and Kennet P whom they carried on the workshop to encourage young folks to participates in poetry and become one of the source of employment as self employment through Arts like Music, Paints, etc
So the team poet united together in late July and started organized for some more other places where can be used as the venues for the Poetry clubs, we fortunately got one which is Arusha Masai Café, we still expecting to get more other venues so we can spread around the whole town..and make everyone knows that ARUSHA POETRY CLUB will be everywhere.
MISSION AND VISION
Likewise is to create the platform for the Poets be able to recognize with the society that they are existed artists whom were there before rappers start using R.A.P (Rhythm and Poetry) this will help the community to be a ware of the poetry as the main tool to teach the society ,same time to give entertainments through the art of Poetry..as far from recognition also these Artists to get paid through their talents.
THIS WEEKEND IT WILL START AT ARUSHA MASAI CAFÉ
Saturday around 7pm to 9pm, as it the a tribute day and invitation has been sent to a lot of poets whom would like to participate into it then, then if not 9pm will indeed get done around 10pm.
Kindly show up to listen some poems from young fellows and the adults whom are willing to share their art with you..support this session either by email other poets and welcome ones who are willing to come and witness how do Poets break a breads.

About HARUO … KUNICHIRO BUENO.
KUNICHIRO BUENO was born August 10th, 1974 in Osaka, Japan. He first started as a comedian while becoming a professional wrestler.
To be the comedian, wrestler, and musician, he moved to Tokyo and made the music group which is called LO-FI NEISANS in 1996. He was a singer composing all the songs. His friends played the bass guitar and the drum. His ex-girlfriend wanted to play the guitar, but couldn't play it. He made her play toys like Godilla, gun, sword and so on. LO-FI NEISANS gave the shows, which the record label, EERIE MATERIAL arranged, at San Francisco in September, 1999. Kunichiro, with the members of LO-FI NEISANS, moved to SF and gave shows in USA until 2004.Kunichiro went back to Tokyo in 2004 and studied SHAKUHACHI, Japanese traditional flute until 2006. In summer, 2006, he went back to Osaka and stared to perform of BY HARUO. The idea is same as LO-FI NEISANS. What is the difference? He uses the drum machine wearing Mexican wrestler's mask while his friends played the bass guitar and
the drum wearing armature wrestling costumes. Since last November is touring the world performing searching musicians encounters…

PRECISION AIR INCREASES DAILY FLIGHTS TO ARUSHA.

Dar es Salaam. Precision Air has announced it would increase the number of flights it makes daily to Arusha starting today in a bid to meet increasing demand and gain from expanding activities that include linking the northern city to the rest of the East Africa.
According to Precision Air commercial director Patrick Ndekana, there will now be five daily flights to Arusha.
Besides the development, the Airline also announced that it would increase its travel capacity to Mwanza by introducing use of Boeing 737-300 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays in a bid to meet increasing demand.
“This is in addition to the already existing ATR and Boeing flights,” said Mr Patrick Ndekana.
He said the airline had experienced the pressure of increased domestic and regional flight demands, particularly over the past quarter, prompting it to expand its services.
“We have added two important regional routes - Lubumbashi and Lusaka over the past two months both of which have resulted in stronger than expected growth for the airline,” he said.
Currently Precision Air has grown to regional footprint of 16 destinations while also being strategically focused on further untapped opportunities in the domestic market.
Already the company has announced cancelling its four weekly flights to Johannesburg starting 17th September this year in order to enhance its domestic operation in the country.
“We have decided to focus on the growing domestic demand and on more lucrative markets,” said Mr Ndekana.
He also said the office has suspended Kigoma and Musoma operations due to safety reasons and to allow for the ongoing construction of the Kigoma airport runway, and that the routes will resume once renovations are over.

The city has been captured with very serious hip hop movement which influence the youths around the corners of all Arusha hoods, it the movement of saving the underground artists whom are eager to find their path due to the talents they got about hip hop.
The movement has been motivates almost every conscious old and young folks of the city, like Alfred Lotuno (Chindo's pops) and Panther lady whom she is also a musician ,known as Mama Charlotte Hill O'neal
If you are in town and you might find something interest about this,perhaps the idea about doing research towards Arusha hip hop in general ,with this info atleast you may have a way forward to start ,making a move,check out S.U.A on facebook,youtube it is a public page ( SAVING UNDERGROUND ARTISTS),
